Rum Stop is a vision created by Executive Chef Alfredo Batson. His passion, education and experience has led him to creating a restaurant that specializes in rum infused Bajan cuisine since 2018. Our mission has been to highlight the beauty of rum as Barbados is credited with being the birthplace of RUM. Providing high-quality food experiences for all those that wish to have a unique and enjoyable ambiance with an extraordinary dining experience.
