About Our Chef

How It All Began

Having dreamed of becoming an Executive Chef after his mother ignited his initial passion for cooking as child; his persistence and dedication in culinary arts resulted in his vision to create Barbadian themed restaurant of his own. His culinary education began at the Barbados Community College and subsequently at the Johnson and Wales Culinary University. 

In the years following his education, Chef Alfredo worked and managed several prestigious restaurants around the island including The Cliff, Sea Breeze and Sandy Lane to name a few. Today his focus is encouraging young professionals, that confidence, passion and a willingness to learn are key ingredients to furthering themselves in the culinary and hospitality industry.
